Analýza vlivu čtyřdenního pracovního týdne na rovnováhu mezi pracovním a osobním životem

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the four-day workweek and its impact on the work-life balance. The thesis addresses the growing interest in reduced working hours as a tool to enhance job satisfaction, reduce stress, and support a healthy work-life balance. The research employs both quantitative and qualitative methods: a questionnaire survey and two in-depth interviews with company representatives who hold contrasting views on the benefit. The data analysis indicates mostly positive perception of the four-day workweek, especially in terms of work productivity, mental well-being, and the use of free time. The thesis provides recommendations for employers and future research, and it opens a discussion about the sustainability of this model across various professional settings.
