Problematika sociálního pojištění v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma problematiky sociálního pojištění v České republice, které je součástí každodenního života. Cílem této práce je popsat současný fungující sociální systém, jeho členění a způsob výpočtu hodnoty odvodu nebo dotací od státu. Popisuje rozdíly v pojištění z pohledu zaměstnavatele, zaměstnance a OSVČ. Upozorňuje na hlavní změny a novelizace mezi roky 2009 a 2010.

The bachelor thesis concentrates on the issue of social insurance in the Czech Republic, which is an essential part of everyday life. The aim of the thesis is to describe the currently operating social system, its segments, and the way of calculating the total value of payment or state endowment. The thesis describes differences in the insurance taken from the viewpoint of employer, employee, and self-employed person respectively. It also discusses main changes and amendments made in the law between 2009 and 2010.
