Posouzení nákladové náročnosti a vybraných ukazatelů efektivnosti apretace odlitků

Abstract

This thesis is devoted to a cost assessment of the production phase of finishing castings and identification of additional complexity (material, energy and time) to extend the terms of the production of castings from other angles. The theoretical part deals aimed at the background of expensiveness, the main technological processes and introduction of the project finishing of cast PROJECT XII, from which the work is based. The practical part is dedicated to finding patterns between cost and in kind the main characteristics of finishing the production phase. The conclusion suggests possible outcomes and results of cost reduction. It is quite an initial assessment of selected difficulty finishing.
