Změny v systému výplaty nemocenských dávek

Abstract

Within the submitted work, a review of changes in the sickness benefits delivery has been processed, with a view to the reduction of their abuse and to their effectiveness. In the first part, basic notions have been explained, such as sickness insurance, temporary disability and sickness benefits. Subsequently, there are changes noticed, which were made in the system of sickness benefits delivery during the period of 1999 to 2010. Evaluation of those changes and their economic and health impacts upon the society has been made in another part of the work. The evaluation is supported by questionnaire survey performed among one hundred respondents. In the conclusion of the work, there is an estimation of the sickness benefits drawings development and the possible impacts upon the society.
