Radek Fabian, Ph.D. The aim of this bachelor thesis is a design of a residential building and design of various types of variants claddings. A part of this thesis is documentation for building permit acording to decree no. 499/2006 Sb., timetables, technology implementation of cladding, details and drawing of a construction site for a overall object. At the end of this thesis will be evaluated by comparing which of the three options cladding materials will be the most advantageous in aspect of thermal properties, financial cost and time-consuming construction.
