Problematika multikulturalismu v souvislosti s migrační politikou Evropské unie

Abstract

Migration and multiculturalism are in today´s rapidly growing world current phenomena. In response to these phonomena, the European Union´s migration policy creates many instruments and measures. Efficiency will be achieved mainly through unanimity of the European Union and cooperation with it´s Member States. The objective of this Master´s thesis is based on an analysis to give a comprehensive view of migration issues and key trends in the area of multiculturalism in the European Union and the Czech republic. The thesis deals with the definition of migration and multiculturalism, defining their impacts, including orientation and trends of world migration. It also deals with the various migration instruments and measures of the European Union and the Czech republic. Attention is also paid to the current situation in the area of integration of minorities in the Czech republic.
