Abstract

Nowadays, great emphasis is placed on improving the utility properties of semi-formed. For this reason, it is necessary to gain more information about materials and their behavior during forming processes. One way of observing the deformation behavior of the simulation of hot forming processes. The simulations used plastometric test. One of the tests is to test plastometric uniaxial pressure of the elevated temperatures in our case was used plastometr Gleeble 3500th When the simulation was swallowed steel 42CrMo4. After a series of test data were obtained for further evaluation at the end we obtain values of strain, maximum stress, strain into spades, etc. The results can be used for optimization of real processes.
