Využití informací účetnictví pro řízení podniku a hodnocení jeho efektivnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití účetních výkazů za účelem zhodnocení finančního zdraví firmy. V teoretické části věnuji pozornost především jednotlivým finančním výkazům (rozvaha, výkaz zisku a ztráty, cash flow), charakteristice finanční analýzy a finančního zdraví podniku. Tyto informace jsou posléze využity jako informační základna pro praktickou část. Zde jsou uvedeny nejprve informace o zkoumané společnosti. Dále je již prováděna analýza účetních výkazů společnosti a na základě bonitních a bankrotních modelů hodnoceno finanční zdraví podniku.

The topic of this thesis is the use of financial reports for the purpose of the evaluation of company’s financial health. In the theoretical part of my thesis I pay special attention to the main financial reports (Balance sheet, Profit and loss report, Cash flow) as well as the characteristic of financial analysis and financial health of a company. This information is then used as information basis for practical part of my thesis, where the information about inspected company is mentioned first. Financial analysis of the company follows. Then financial health of the company is rated on the basis of several class and breakdown models.
