Analýza systému zamestnaneckých benefitov vo vybranej spoločnosti

Abstract

The content of this diploma thesis is oriented on analyzing the benefit system in particular company, that provides services in the touristic domain. This content deals with personal activity, cycle of motivation and remunaration of employees but also with methods of providing benefits for employees and the most used types. Part of the thesis is a describtion of forms and processes of provision for employees in particular company, the questionaire that deals with the preferations of absolvents involving the benefits of employees and attitude of employees towards the benefit system in the company. There is also included SWOT analysis, which evaluates strengths and weaknesses, and commination and oppurtunities of cancellation lunch vouchers and it’s compensation with another form.
