Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is a strategic analysis of the specific company and proposal a new strategy. The first part in this thesis apply the basic concepts that relate to the strategy of company. Included are chosen methods that are necessary formation for the proposal strategy. In the practical part there are introduce the company Kofola, Inc. and strategic analysis carried out by the methods mentioned in the previous section. Based on the factors and knowledge resulting from each of the methods used is designed strategy of company.
