Rodinný dům v Karviné-Darkov

Abstract

MINSTEROVÁ, Z.: Family house in Karviná - Darkov: Bachelor thesis. Ostrava: VŠB- Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2017, 68 s., Thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. KRČMÁŘ, I. The subject of my thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction of a family house in Karviná – Darkov. The design of the house is based on the subject Studio work I. and Studio work Va. The plot, on which the new - family house stands, is located at the end of the Lázeňská street. With its shape, rotation and openness it tries to react to the surrounding landscape, which is not yet densely built. The building is two-storey and consists of two parts, residential and sports. This division into two parts is also reflected in the overall look of the house. The characteristic features of the new building are the entrance suspended steel facade and the glass south-eastern facade, which offers views of nature.
