Analýza možností zvýšení zaměstnanosti vězněných osob

Abstract

The submitted dissertation deals with the issues of employment of sentenced persons serving their sentence of imprisonment. The first part of the dissertation is focused on the theory of prison system and prison labor, the history of modern prison system in the Czech countries over the last 150 years and on the general theory of human resources management in the working process. The practical part is based on the current state of sentenced persons' employment and it contents the analysis and interpretation of questionnaire survey results aimed at the determination of causes why the chosen private industrial companies in the Moravian-Silesian Region have little interested in prison work. The results obtained served as a base for the proposed recommendations how to improve the current state for the better.
