Stavebně energetická modernizace stávajícího rodinného dvojdomu do pasivního standardu

Abstract

My thesis deals with construction and energy retrofitting of existing semi-detached house No. 77/78 in Vrchy to the passive standard. The work contains documentation for the execution of the project, which primarily addresses insulation of the building envelope, replacing doors and windows, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, changing the heating system and heat sources. The work also assesses the critical details in terms of possible condensation. The remaining part is devoted to the energy and economic evaluation compared with normal modernization. The aim of this thesis was to project design documents according to the principles for the development and also to assess its suitability for execution.
