Stanovení ratingu vybraných pojišťoven

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ratingu. Pomocí metodologie ratingové agentury

Moody’s Investors Services je stanoven a srovnán rating dvou pojišťoven. První hodnocenou

pojišťovnou je Česká pojišťovna, a. s., druhou hodnocenou pojišťovnou je Generali pojišťovna, a.s.

Diplomová práce je rozdělena kromě úvodu a závěru do tří částí.

V první části práce je charakterizován rating, jeho historie, členění a srovnání s jinými

metodami hodnocení schopnosti subjektu dostát svým závazkům.

V druhé části práce je uveden proces sestavení ratingového hodnocení a jsou popsány tři

největší ratingové agentury. Popsán je historický vývoj a metody stanovení ratingového hodnocení

uvedených ratingových agentur.

Ve třetí části práce je provedeno stanovení ratingu a srovnání vybraných pojišťoven.

This thesis deals with the problematic of rating. Using the methodology of Moody's Investors

Services rating agency rating of two insurance companies is determined and compared. The first

company compared is Česká pojišťovna, a.s., the second is Generali pojišťovna, a.s.

The thesis aside from introduction and ending is divided into three parts.

In the first part rating, its history and structure is characterized and compared with other

methods of assessing the ability of the companies to meet its obligations.

In the second part the assembly process of rating is described and three largest credit rating

agencies are analyzed. The analysis contains the historical development and methods of rating

determination.

In the third part the rating is made and selected insurance companies are compared.
