Komparativní analýza měřících alternativ pro akvizici EGG signálu a následná komplexní analýza pro kvantifikaci EGG příznaků

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with a theory of the basics of anatomy, physiology and pathological manifestations of the stomach, as well as on electrogastrography and lastly the measurement and processing of the EGG signal of the stomach. Research on how to measure and configurate electrodes in order to perform EGG signal acquisition. The practical part relates to these already written studies, which are very well informative and useful for the sake of this work. Procedures for the extraction of EGG signal attributes in the frequency and time-frequency domain are proposed and also the significance of attributes for the response of the stomach to variable stimuli is statistically tested. The study group consists of 10 probands, which were measured in three different ways. Therefore, a program in the MATLAB software environment for the analysis of the EGG record and subsequent comparative analysis based on the evaluation parameters is designed and implemented.
