Zpracování numerické části podnikatelského záměru společnosti Strojírny Bohdalice, a.s.

Abstract

The aim of diploma thesis is to compile numerical part of Strojírny Bohdalice, a.s. business plan on the basis of available internal analyses, financial statements, potential projects, implementation plans, and consultation with company top management. Calculation of business plan is executed by EMA.PM, the system for supporting strategic decision making. Modelling simulation is processed within a several rounds and the result is submitted and consulted with the owner of the company. The conclusion includes potential recommendations for future development support. Findings of this thesis are taken from Strojírny Bohdalice, a.s. environment, and they are based on mentioned theoretical premises.
