Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with marketing research which is focuses on customer satisfaction of service of an architectonic office CHCI-DŮM s.r.o. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of thesis presents the architectonic office, which is called CHCI-DŮM s.r.o. and the theoretical ground of marketing research theory. In practical part of thesis the author has carried out marketing situational analysis, SWOT analysis and marketing research for architectonic office CHCI-DŮM s.r.o. The end of thesis includes proposals and measures which were suggested by author's opinions, which have come from results of performed marketing research.
