Rozhodovací proces podniku při výběru investic

Abstract

This work deals with investment decision making of a company. In the work, there is analysis of various financial instruments, where some of them are being used in the practical part of the work. The work is trying to answer the question mentioned in the beginning, how are companies deciding when they are making an investment. In the practical part various methods are being used such as diversification, SWOT analysis, historical price, volatility. The work is comparing several mutual funds while using the mentioned analysis, which can all be found thoroughly explained in the theoretical part of the work. Based on these comparisons a fund or two are always chosen as the ones, fulfilling the criteria for investment of the said company for that particular year. Practical part is explaining which methods can be used when a company is choosing their investment of free financial assets to increase their value throughout the years.
