Abstract

The aim of my work is based on theoretical and practical knowledge of a fictitious business plan hotel. Its processing is a prerequisite for incorporation. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on theoretical analysis, entrepreneurship and business person, business plan and its elements. The second part contains a specific business plan which is broken down by the marketing mix, organizational and financing plan. In the last section the results of the survey, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of future business. The conclusion evaluates the business plan.
