Organizace a úkoly státní správy na úseku zaměstnanosti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá organizací a úkoly státní správy na úseku zaměstnanosti v podmínkách Úřadu práce České republiky - kontaktního pracoviště v Šumperku za období roku 2007-2010. Obsahuje charakteristiku přímých vykonavatelů státní správy, do kterých patří mimo jiné i Úřad práce České republiky. Dále je v bakalářské práci vymezeno postavení kontaktních pracovišť v celkové organizační struktuře úřadů práce. Konkrétněji analyzován je Úřad práce České republiky - kontaktní pracoviště v Šumperku. Ve své poslední části je bakalářská práce zaměřena na analýzu organizační struktury výše zmíněného subjektu, vymezení jeho činností, úkolů a analýzu jeho financování a hospodaření od roku 2007 do roku 2010, který byl posledním rokem, kdy kontaktní pracoviště v Šumperku hospodařilo samostatně. Větší pozornost je věnována běžným výdajům.

This Bachelor thesis deals with the organization and tasks of the state administration in the area of employment in conditions of the Employment Office of the Czech Republic - the contact center in Šumperk for the period of 2007-2010. It contains characteristics of direct executors of state administration which include among others the Employment Offices of the Czech Republic. Further, the thesis defines the status of contact centers in the general organizational structure of the Employment Offices. The Employment Office of the Czech Republic-the contact center in Šumperk is analysed more specifically. The analysis of the organizational structure of the above-mentioned subject, the definition of the activities and tasks, and analysis of its funding and management from 2007 to 2010, which was the last year, when the contact center in Šumperk economised separately, is focused in the last part of the Bachelor thesis. More attention is devoted to current expenditures.
