dc.description.abstractCieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je meranie spokojnosti obyvateľov so službami a zázemím mesta Turzovka. Práca je založená na teoretickom modeli služieb, marketingovom mixe mesta a meraní spokojnosti. Marketingový výskum bol realizovaný prostredníctvom dotazníkového šetrenia. Na základe výsledkov marketingového výskumu boli formulované návrhy a odporúčania ktorých cieľom je zvýšiť spokojnosť občanov s poskytovanými službami v meste.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this bachelor thesis is to measure the citizen satisfaction with municipal services and facilities of city Turzovka. The thesis is based on theoretical model of services, marketing mix of municipality and satisfaction measurement. The marketing research had been realized via questionnaire inquiry. Based on the results of marketing research were formulated suggestions and recommendations in order to increase citizens´ satisfaction with provided services in the city.en
