Abstract
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to find out whether Zlatnictví Karafiát is able to compete with other companies with the same focus. Find out the strengths and also the advantages that it has compared to its competition. We will analyze the competitiveness using a questionnaire survey, BCG matrix, Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, financial analysis, comparison with competitors and SWOT analysis. We believe that our work can help jewellery shop to attract new customers. At the end of the work, we will summarize all the findings that the analysis brought us. We will evaluate what the future of the company is, or what they should improve.
