Listovní zásilky – změna a úprava portfolia

Abstract

The presented thesis charts the rewiew of current portfolio (offer spectrum) of correspondence for postal operator Česká pošta state enterprise customers. New kinds of consingments and services to be included in the customer portfolio are designed. There is a detailed study of possibilities how to implement some services and types of sendings into objective background of the company. The thesis judges the current portfolio with the aim of upgrading both the offer for customers and exclusivity of this type of sendings.
