Abstract
This thesis is divided into six pivotal chapters, that deal with present problematics of human resources management, in detail - recruitment and selection of employees. On the basis of study of specialized literature there are theoretical resources of the recruitment and selection of empleyees explained, from the activities related to planning the empleyees, to thein selection itself. These theoretical resources are, in further, practical part of the bachelor´s thesis applicated to a financial company Cetelem, ČR a.s. by means of suggestions and recomandations for the change of present process.
The aim of my bachelor´s thesis was to acquaint with present system of the recruiment and selection of employees of the company Cetelem ČR a.s. on the debt recovery section and to try to suggest possible solutions to problems, so that the eventual appearing mistakes would be eliminated. The system of recruitment and selection of the employees wass in selected company analysed by a combination of two methods, that are analysis of the facts through analysis of the documents and by interrogation 80 present employees through the list of questions. Combination of these two methods helped to compare official attitude of the company to this problematics, and real process acording to the employees experiences.
