Abstract
The bachelor's thesis explores the topic of employee training and development within a chosen organization. The primary objective of the thesis is to analyze and describe the current training system in the organization, identify employee needs, and propose improvements to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the training process. The thesis is structured into two main parts. The first part, the theoretical section, provides a comprehensive definition of employee training and development, drawing upon relevant academic literature. Particular emphasis is placed on identifying training needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating the outcomes of training activities. The theoretical section concludes by outlining the methodologies and methods employed in the sociological survey. The second part, the practical section, begins by introducing the selected organization, its history, and organizational structure. The subsequent chapter delves into an analysis of the current training system, followed by a presentation of the questionnaire survey results, including graphical representations. The practical section is based on data gathered through an anonymous questionnaire and an interview with a senior manager. In conclusion, the thesis presents proposals and recommendations for optimizing the organization's training system based on the collected data.
