Státní podpora rodinám s dětmi ve vybraných zemích EU

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na obecné přístupy k zabezpečení rodin s dětmi v zemích Evropské unie a následně na popis a analýzu přístupu k zabezpečení rodin ve vybraných zemích, kterými jsou Česká republika, Slovensko a Velká Británie. Cílem práce je popsat zabezpečení rodin s dětmi ve vybraných zemích EU, srovnat, zhodnotit a navrhnout případná doporučení pro zlepšení systému zabezpečení rodin s dětmi v ČR. V teoretické části se zabývá vývojem a modely sociální politiky, organizací zabezpečení rodin v zemích EU. V praktické části se věnuje srovnání systému státní sociální podpory Slovenska a Velké Británie se systémem státní sociální podpory v ČR. Dále jsou zhodnoceny výdaje těchto zemí na sociální ochranu ve vztahu k HDP a vývoj výdajů plynoucí rodinám s dětmi.

The thesis is focused on the general access to the security of families with children in the European Union’s countries and afterwards it focuses on the description and analysis of the access to the security of families with children in selected countries, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Great Britain. The aim of this thesis is to describe the security of families with children in selected countries in the European Union, confront, evaluate and propose recommendations to improve the system of the security of families with children in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with the development and models of social policy, organisation of the security of families with children in the European Union’s countries. The practical part of my thesis is devoted to the comparison of the systems of the state social support in Slovakia and Great Britain with the system of the state social support in the Czech Republic. Further I tried to evaluate the social protection costs of these countries in relationship to the GDP and the development of the costs paid to the families with children.
