Zhodnocení správy místních částí vybraného územně nečleněného statutárního města

Abstract

The author of the bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the administration of local areas of the selected non-divided of the statutory city on the example of the statutory city of Zlín. In the first chapter of the bachelor thesis is to clarify the principle and the functioning of the self-government of statutory cities in the Czech republic. In the second chapter the author characterizes the statutory city of Zlín. Mainly, author focuses on the characteristics of the management of its local areas. Theoretical knowledge of the first and second chapters are applied to achieve the objectives in part practical. In the practical part is evaluated organizational security and the tasks of commissions of local areas. Next are analyzed the financial resources of the various boards of local areas. On the basis of the detected results is evaluated the administration of local areas.
