Finanční analýza vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the financial analysis of AGC Flat Glass Czech as, člen AGC Group a manufacturer of technical and interior glass. Financial analysis is carried out for the period 2007 - 2011, in these years its observed, as the company dealt with the ensuing global economic crisis, what financial steps has been taken to reduce the impact of the crisis and further planned investments. The first part of the work is focused on defining the general concepts of financial analysis. The second part of the thesis contains a financial analysis of the company both through ratios and also the use of bankruptcy and credibility of models which compare the financial situation in the period before the economic crisis and in times of crisis. The conclusion of my thesis consists of suggestions and recommendations that the company could use to increase its financial stability in the market.
