Abstract

This thesis was designed to evaluate the financial health of the selected company. The work is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is an introduction which describes the aim of the thesis and how it is achieved. The second chapter is about the theoretical base. There are parts of the financial analysis, methods of calculation the ratios, also credtiworthy and bankruptcy models and EVA. The third chapter characterizes the selected company. In the fourth chapter is worked-out evaluation financial health of a company with a horizontal, vertical analysis and selected indicators and models described in theoretical part. The fifth chapter then interpreted the results and suggests recommendations for improvement. The last chapter is the conclusion, which is the summary of the problem.
