Abstract
The aim of my work was to analyze the recruitment and selection of workers in selected company.
The analysis was transferred to the interview with the leading personnel department worker with the company. The work consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on theoretical knowledge on matters relating to recruitment and selection. The practical part, I described the selected company, to which I then transferred to an analysis of the subject of my work, and suggestions to improve the examination process.
