Abstract

Main goal of my thesis is design of house for seniors in Ostrava, metropolitan district Moravská Ostrava. This territorial is defined by Poděbradova, Harantova and Soukenická streets. Before solving of development itself there is a need of clean up old block area and find new use for exchanger and AT stations. Goal of this thesis is design of house for seniors and its complex incorporation to current built-up area. The design was made in more variants as ground plans of operating relations. Chosen variant was made by form of study. In this variant we are solving the object itself, disabled access of communications to nearest surroundings, capacity of parking and detach places with a view into the future and outside resting area used for relaxation of people.
