Abstract

Topic of the thesis is alternative ways of financing. The aim of the thesis is to analyse particular forms of alternative financing. The first chapter characterizes leasing, factoring, forfaiting and venture capital. The second chapter compares rise and development of leasing, factoring and forfaiting. The last chapter analyses leasing, factoring, forfaiting and their current situation on trade. There is also proposed future development aimed on industrial production.
