Neustálé zlepšování kvality na pracovišti

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is the continual improvement of quality at work with the aid of the koncept called Kaizen. In first part of this work there are explained the rules, instruments and the case study of Kaizen. The second section of thesis is practical part which include the aplication of the Kaizen at choosed company and the identification and consequently elimination of the concrete problem, that is the fluctuation the new personell. Finally there are suggested the proposals which could eliminate or decrease the main causes of inception of the mentioned problem.
