Návrh lokality podél Benešovy a Koliště v Brně - areál městských tříd

Abstract

Tato studie se zabývá řešením lokality mezi třídami Benešova Koliště v Brně. Předmětem je návrh nové městské třída a zástavby s ohledem na metropolitní charakter brněnské okružní třída s a propojení vnitřního historického města s předměstím. Součástí je návrh urbanistické koncepce na úrovni zastavovacího plánu. Hlavním východiskem je přeměna drážního a dopravě přizpůsobeného území na oblast charakterizovanou nově navrženou palácovou městskou strukturou, která svou formou a funkcí bude reprezentativní a přístupnou hranicí mezi historickým centrem a navazujícím předměstím.

This study deals with the solution of the location between the Benešova Koliště avenues in Brno. The subject is the design of a new urban avenue and development concerning the metropolitan character of Brno's ring road and the connection of the inner historic city with the suburbs. It includes a proposal for an urban concept at the level of the development plan. The main starting point is the transformation of the railway and traffic-adapted area into an area characterized by a newly designed palatial urban structure, which in its form and function will be a representative and accessible boundary between the historic centre and the adjacent suburbs.
