Územní studie rekreačního střediska v obci Skalité - Serafínov

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh regenerácie bývalého lyžiarskeho strediska a priľahlých plôch k vytvoreniu nového a moderného rekreačného centra, ktoré bude v čo najvyššej miere rešpektovať charakter lokality a vhodne dopĺňať jeho blízke okolie. Návrh zároveň dodržiava všetky limity v území. Návrh je riešený ako urbanistická štúdia a tvorí ho textová a grafická časť. Textová časť popisuje nutné teoretické východiská návrhu, historické informácie, zhodnotenie aktuálneho stavu územia a súčasné vlastnícke vzťahy. Nové riešenie pozostáva z propozície niekoľkých možných systémov funkčného usporiadania územia, ktoré sú posúdené SWOT analýzou a najvhodnejší variant je ďalej spracovaný detailne z urbanistického, ekonomického, technického a prevádzkového hľadiska. Výkresová časť zobrazuje aktuálny stav a limity územia, grafické návrhy realizácie nového rekreačného areálu vrátane potrebnej dôležitej infraštruktúry, ktorú tvorí systém dopravnej a technickej siete, potrebná občianska vybavenosť a verejné priestranstvá.

The main subject of a diploma`s work is the regeneration of a former ski resort and adjacent areas to create a new and modern leisure center with respect for the character of the essential land and it will complement its surroundings. The new design also complies with all limits in the area. The proposal is designed as an urban study and consists of the text and graphic part. Text part describes the necessary theoretical background design, historical information; assess the current state of landscape and ownership relationships. The new solution contains a proposition of several possible system functional arrangements of the territory, which are considered by a SWOT analysis and the most suitable alternative is further elaborated in detail in the urban, economic, technical and operational aspects. The drawing section displays the current status and the limits of the territory, graphic designs of a new recreational complex, including the necessary and important infrastructure which constitutes of the transportation, necessary technical networks, required civic amenities and public spaces.
