Měření spokojenosti návštěvníků knihovny

Abstract

This master's thesis is focused on measuring the satisfaction of visitors of the Moravian-Silesian Scientific Library in Ostrava. The aim was to use marketing research to determine how satisfied visitors are with the library and the portfolio of services offered. A sub-objective was to find out if there are any services that visitors feel are lacking in the library, and if so, what those services are. The evaluation was based on a questionnaire survey, which involved 166 respondents, and the results indicate that the majority of visitors are satisfied with the library and the portfolio of services offered. In conclusion, suggestions and recommendations are formulated that could help maintain and potentially increase satisfaction with both the portfolio of services offered and the individual factors that influence satisfaction.
