Optimalizace nastavení odpadu u třídičů papírenského stroje

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the research and optimization of the hydrocyclone reject settings of a paper machine for wastepaper, located in Smurfit Kappa Czech s.r.o. in Žimrovice. The theoretical part deals with the function of the hydrocyclone. The development of the hydrocyclone is still being researched and developed today, for better results in industrial plants, whether as a sorter, separator or thickener. In the paper machine, these sorters are mainly used to sort as much fiber as possible so that the fiber that can be sorted does not end up as waste. In the practical part, samples taken from the pipes leading to and from the hydrocyclone are evaluated. This is followed by sample processing and graphical comparison of efficiency.
