Modernizace fyzické bezpečnosti vybraného objektu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fyzické bezpečnosti objektu určeného k provozu mateřské školy. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav zabezpečení objektu, identifikovat potenciální rizika a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení úrovně ochrany osob a majetku, se zvláštním důrazem na bezpečnost dětí a zaměstnanců. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy fyzické bezpečnosti, popisuje jednotlivé složky ochrany a uvádí relevantní právní předpisy a technické normy. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní objekt. Obsahuje popis objektu a jeho okolí, analýzu stávajícího zabezpečení a identifikaci rizik. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků je navržen soubor technických, organizačních a režimových opatření vedoucích ke zvýšení celkové úrovně zabezpečení. Součástí návrhu je také orientační ekonomické zhodnocení navržených opatření.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the issue of physical security of a facility intended for the operation of a kindergarten. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of the facility’s security, identify potential risks, and propose measures to enhance the protection of persons and property, with particular emphasis on the safety of children and staff. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of physical security, describes the individual components of protection, and outlines the relevant legal regulations and technical standards.

The practical part is devoted to a specific facility. It includes a description of the building and its surroundings, an analysis of the current security measures, and the identification and assessment of risks. Based on the identified shortcomings, a set of technical, organizational, and procedural measures is proposed to improve the overall level of security. The proposal also includes an indicative economic evaluation of the suggested measures.
