Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the adjustment of the system of education and development of employees of a selected company. In the first theoretical part, there are defined fundamental terms concerning to education and development. The main part deals with the issue of systematic approach of education of employees including the methods used in and out of the workplace. The practical part is focused on the analysis of current state of education and development in the Matador Industries a.s. company. With regard to theoretical knowledge and the analysis of the current state of the education and development in the company and based on the information obtained in the questionnaire survey, thus the main objective of the thesis is to make suggestions and recommendations that could modify and improve current system of education and development of the company.
