Vývoj legislativy pro ekodesign

Abstract

The development of European law within environmental tool ecodesign is processed at submitted work as well as its impacts upon producers and directions of its next development are mentioned. At first reader is familiarized with guiding principles of ecodesign – its beginning, meaning, basic rules and particular strategies. Next part is focused on law of European Union – partly in general, but the main point this thesis deals with are legal rules that are connected with ecodesign. You can also find there their listing and every single Regulation is elaborated. In conclusions of my thesis impacts upon producers because of implementing ecodesign into European law are summarized and there is also brief insight at approach of foreign and Czech producers to ecodesign.
