Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with internal guidelines of the regional authority. The theoretical part defines importance, charakteristic of internal guidelines and legislation.
The next part is devoded to the regional authority and analysis of the selected internal guidelines of the regional authority. In the practical part is evaluation of the selected internal guidelines on the basis of the analysis and the recommendations are added for the regional authority.
