Abstract
The human resources and remuneration in the selected company are the theme of my work . For my work I have chosen DHL company , because it is respected logistics company known worldwide.
This thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part I will look into explanations of personal terms, such as wages, salary, reward. In the practical part I will work with documents, which DHL gave me.
