Abstract

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by No. No. 62/2013 Coll. on the documentation of constructions for an apartment house for immobile persons. Part of this documentation is a technical report, drawing part and lists of elements. Part of the diploma thesis is a thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011), energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) and static calculation of the exit arm of a reinforced concrete staircase between 1st floor and 2nd floor. As part of the static calculation, a variant of a simply placed staircase and a staircase embedded on both sides is compared, and the structure is dimensioned for the greatest internal forces from both of these variants. The result of the diploma thesis is project documentation for the construction according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by No. No. 62/2013 Coll. on the documentation of constructions for an apartment house for immobile persons.
