Zhodnocení úrovně živnostenského podnikání v okrese Frýdek-Místek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na živnostenské podnikání v okrese Frýdek-Místek. Cílem práce je zjištění aktuální situace živnostenského podnikání v okrese Frýdek-Místek a formou dotazníkového šetření a osobního kontaktu určení spokojenosti fyzických osob podnikajících na základě živnostenského oprávnění. Dalším cílem práce je časové srovnání živnostenského podnikání v okrese Frýdek-Místek a v okrese Ostrava-město pomocí komparativní metody. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související se založením nebo provozováním živnostenského podnikání. Rovněž jsou zde vyjmenovány úřady, v jejichž gesci je živnostenské podnikání a jeho kontrola. Jsou zde stručně charakterizovány právní normy, které upravují živnostenské podnikání. Praktickou část obsahuje demografický popis okresu Frýdek-Místek a aktuální statistické údaje spjaté s živnostenským podnikáním v tomto okrese. Dále je v práci zmíněn způsob podpory začínajícím podnikatelům v okrese Frýdek-Místek. V neposlední řadě bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi fyzickými osobami podnikajícími na živnostenský list. Tato část práce také obsahuje statistické údaje okresu Frýdek-Místek za posledních 10 let, které jsou pomocí komparativní metody porovnány s údaji okresu Ostrava-město. V závěru práce je pak zhodnocen vývoj podpory podnikatelů v okrese Frýdek-Místek v posledních letech.

The bachelor thesis is focused on trade licensed business in the region F-M. The aim of the thesis is to find out a present situation in the field of trade licensed business in mentioned region and by the questioning method to determine a satisfaction of natural persons making business based on trade license. The comparison of the regions F-M and Ostrava is made by comparative method involving a certain time period. In theoretical part of the thesis, there are the basic terms determined related to the foundation of trade business. Authorities dealing with such business and its control are listed as well. The legal regulations adjusting trade licensed business are shortly characterized. The practical part of the thesis involves a demographical description of the given region of F-M as well as current statistical data related to the trade business provided in this region. Further, there is the way of support given to the starting up businesses mentioned. There was also the questioning provided among natural persons making trade licensed business. This part of the thesis also includes the statistical data of the region of F-M for last ten years and those are compared with the data of Ostrava by the comparative method. In conclusion, there is a development of the businesses´ support in the region of F-M within recent years evaluated.
