Abstract

The goal of my diploma thesis consists in comparing terrestrially and photogrammetrically determined heights. By means of the comparison of the heights differences, I wanted to find out, how accurate the model would be in the case if the calculation was processed with ground control points and without ground control points. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there is a brief overview of photogrammetry and description of the creation of the flying plan accompanied by the particular explanations of notions such as ground control points and control points. In the practical part of the thesis, an explanation of measured control points, flying over the area and 3D model creation process can be found. Finally, the accuracy between photogrammetrically and terrestrially determined coordinates of control points was analysed.
