Analýza využití elektronické aukce v procesu zadání veřejné zakázky

Abstract

In the thesis "Usage of electronic auctions in the procurement process" is analyzed the institute of electronic auction as a tool for evaluation of bids submitted to the public contract. It is based on the definition of procurement process, public administration and then on public procurement. Followed the analysis of the process itself and the result of past selected real electronic auctions. The analysis concludes with the formulation of proposals and recommendations particularly in public contracting practice.
