Abstract
The thesis deals with the potential utilization of photogrammetric 3D scanner, a way of passive surface structures data collection, on the moss canopy, as an important indicator of the state of the moss layer. This method is hereby used to obtain three dimensional models of moss canopy and thus the surface roughness index, which has been correlated with eco-physiological properties of moss canopy and its habitat.
All samples were analyzed at the Nanotechnology centre (VSB-TU) by the means of ICP-AES and by 3D photogrammetric scanner under laboratory conditions. Results are presented in the form of graphs.
