Abstract

The subject of Bachelor´s thesis is the human resources management in the joint stock company Hutni projekt Frydek-Mistek. The place of business of the company is in Frydek-Mistek, where the one working site is located herewith, the second working site is situated in Uherske Hradiste. The trade company is specialized in the designing of coke oven plants and metallurgical heavy chemistry. The goal of my Bachelor´s thesis is to analyse of human resources management focused on staff welfare and to carry out the questionary research on a personnel development and a social fund exploitation.
