Strategická analýza vybraného průmyslového podniku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on strategic analysis of the company DOLS–Dveře, Okna, Listovní schránky, a.s. The aim of the thesis is to assess the strategic position of the company, identify its strenghts and weaknesses, and propose recomendations for its further development. The thesis applies tools such as PESTLE analysis, Porter’s Five Forces model, SWOT analysis and value chain analysis. The results show that the company has stable market position, strong technological base and flexible custom production, but also faces low utilization of production capacity and intense competition. Strategic recommendations focused on growth, Innovation and efficiency were proposed based on the findings.
