GRADUATES IN THE LABOUR MARKET IN THE DISTRICT OF VSETIN

The present study deals with school graduates in the District of Vsetin. It focuses more profoundly on analysis of graduates in the secondary education and vocational training and their employment in chosen countries of the European Union.

The first chapter explains theoretically the basic relations in the labour market – supply and demand in the labour market, their balance, the role of human capital and determination of risky groups in the labour market. Moreover, it defines the term „graduate“, graduates‘ particular features, problems and implications with their evidence in the labour offices.

The whole second chapter analyses graduates in the District of Vsetin from different viewpoints and the District of Vsetin is briefly characterised as well. Furthermore, tables and charts are added into this practical part.

The last chapter discusses employment of graduates in the European Union, focusing on the internal market, work in the European Union and in the chosen countries of the European Union which are suitable for graduates from problematic branches in the District of Vsetin.
